Composed of caramel syrups: a viscous liquid with a caramel color and pronounced flavor, obtained by heating syrup at high temperatures with varying levels of sugar and inverted molasses. It is recommended for use in flour-based products, cereals, chocolates, bakery products, cereal bars, toppings and syrups, fillings, seasonings, condiments and animal feed.
