Customer orders and purchase requests must be submitted by 2 p.m. for the logistical process to begin, which includes all operational steps such as invoice issuance, load release, driver scheduling, and other procedures. This ensures that Centrosucar can deliver to the customer within 72 business hours (only business days are considered).
